Lets give haiti to Cuba, they have better health care than we do

"There is no Haiti gov't....its pretty much gone." Not that there ever was much. Still, there is speculation that we are going to own Haiti for a while. Yes, I am not happy about that one. All the countries of the Americas need to pitch in and help Haiti come back to life......not just the US.
