And many have died as a result of policies in Germany, Russia, Turkey, Indonesia, Australia, England, Burma, Cambodia, Spain, N.Korea, France among others. Nobody denies this, it is a historical fact. Your attempt to somehow exclude China from this flies in the face of history.
