If there was any question how much Obama has staked his reputation to the success of the Coakley campaign, we bring you Martha Coakley's introduction of Obama just now:

"This is all about you."

The sound you hear Wednesday morning if Brown pulls off a win will be thousands of liberal heads exploding in Massachusetts.

This post and selected comments from one of my dyed-in-the-wool Facebook friends. Last names omitted to protect the painfully delusional.

Bob ate pho with family. We're a bit worried about the trip back to Massachusetts, but we have to get back to vote for Martha Coakley.

Comments:

William-Vote early and often!

Merle-Wishing you safe and uneventful travels. I am starting to be rather concerned about her ability to get the better of Brown. Let's hope he hasn't fooled too many people

Liza-Can't believe MA might elect a Republican to that seat. Can they not remember past yesterday? Do they really want a return of right-wing control, which crashed our economy, our health care system, our environment, our educational system, our moral standing in the world? [Smithee comment. Wow. The right-wing did all that? I had no idea the right-wing had been in charge of education.]

Jane-Vote early, vote often. Our lives depend on this one.

Merle-What a travesty it would be to have someone like Brown sitting in that Senate seat. If MA lets it happen, shame on us.

Merle-Not to mention that MA will become a national butt of criticism and ridicule as a result (IMHO, that is).
