Craig, No kidding! I see it all the time on BETT (A stock I have a rather large position in) around a .07 stock currently. There transaction fees are higher than the worth of the stock they bought! I dont understand it - unless they feel the stock will be worth $300/share that is!.. I always just shake my head myself.. :)
