" Obama may have spent 80B borrowed dollars on pork projects vaguely connected to energy ... but he hasn't spent it on "renewable energy R&D". Lets see - Michael Mann got some of that stimulus money - maybe thats Obama's idea of R&D. the fact remains that for anyone that cares about renewable energy, the Dems are the only game in town. Yep, you can count on them to kill windmill projects offshore MA and prevent solar projects in the Mohave desert.
