PF,
Before this gets lost in the blizzard of good news, the basic premise of the warrants is that they are exercisable at the price of $4.68/share
until Feb something 1998, OR they will expire(worthless). There is the
further provision that the company can call (demand exercise) if the
price stays above $6.48 for 20 days. My point is that as long as the stock is above 4.68, the warrants will be exercised by late Feb
without the need for the company to call them in.
