It is quite humorous that Patchie can't win from any side of the proverbial fence. His logic is flawed and his statements appear to be defamatory no matter how bad SPNG is.

Nothing he stated such as the Wells Notice or various civil lawsuits, filed or won against Moscowitz, justifies or proves his accusations of money laundering, hiding assets, or a presumption by the SEC that SPNG is engaged in fraud.

His only saving grace might be that SPNG will not waste the time or money to actually pursue him much farther than the cease and desist letter.

As much as I like the idea of the SEC implementing a whistle-blower provision that includes fraud in addition to the insider sales bounty program, which is a complete farce, I can't imagine how many valueless phone calls, emails and letters from Patch SEC attorneys will have to sift through to find a even a speck of useful or reward worthy information.

Has anyone ever seen a picture of Patch without a shirt on? Two reasons I believe he may have a big red letter "L" on his back is because there isn't enough room on his forehead for a one large enough to accurately represent Patch's loserdom, and it would be much more appropriate on his back versus his chest as we all remember from schoolyard games that "Losers walk"
