Peyton really doen't do anything for me, either. he reminds me of Marino. even Brady got a lil too 'pretty' for my taste. I partly always liked Montana because he just never went that route, and his coach always seemed ready to get rid of him. in terms of pure cold assassin winner on the field, I really can't think of anyone better. he was always scrawny, and then his back was bad... but he just did it. along with his team, you could see them sync together in the huddle.

I'm really liking Sanchez, also, and he made some excellent passes yesterday. The Jets could be in for a long run here.

As to the Vikings, next year might not be as up, but I agree the guy they've had is not the answer... so if Favre stays another year and let's someone season, it could be smooth. I don't think much of Tebow for the pros, and am iffy on McCoy (even Longhorn I am). Maybe the kid from Oklahoma who won the heisman last year but got hurt this year... a year to recover more plus season...

then again, with that running back and the catchers MN has, plus the defense, Favre might be out there as an even older man next year doing just as well. k, Saints this year, Vikings next year.
