Tim, for an intelligent guy, you can be remarkably obtuse.

Have you ever looked at the numbers in any process? It's almost always the same. When you do the Pareto Analysis, you'll find that 2 or 3 things cause 80% of the variation, while a long tail of other variables cause the remaining 20%. That's why the Pareto Principle was developed in the first place. It was a recurring pattern in processes.

Anyway, as I've shown in the chart below, the facts are indisputable. 92.5% of the entire $12.1 Trillion in debt now on the books was created during the time since Reagan took office. Of that debt, 75% was signed into law by Republican Presidents. Those are the facts. Interpret them as you will.
