It's not the food, it's the organization and distribution. We have tons of food sitting at the Haiti airport that they can't get to the people in town. And that is just a few miles.

When Stalin took over he told Ford to build him tractors to help produce food. Ford told him what he needed was roads and trucks. Same principle.
