The terrible situation in Haiti, and Indonesia before it, is just overwhelming to think about. It's one thing to die...we all have to do that. And to die immediately, is probably the lesser of the problem for the soul, as it is quick. I'm overwhelmed by thinking of people trapped under massive rubble, in pain, unable to move, but conscious with no water or food for hours and days on end...There has to be a special place in heaven reserved for these people.
