WT: As I understand things, you are correct in your analysis. The only big question is the status of the 50 million shares. If any part of these shares are not in cert form, we will be short our squeeze by that amount. As my understanding grows, I do not believe the TA is providing correct information for several different reasons. The real data is only known by the DTC. I would imagine the TA has restrictions as to what information he is allowed to release, it is all part of the rules to keep the individual investors out of the information loop. The more I understand how the NASDAQ & BB's works, I can see why people draw associations to Las Vegas. Everything is setup limit our ability to see what is really happening and the odds are therefore against you. Anyway, we need to know for sure that the 50,000,000 are nailed down and in cert form. We only have "hear say" as to the status, and this is probably all we can reasonably expect to ever get to confirm the status of these shares. All of the data you posted I believe is right on, it certainly has been re-hashed, verified and refuted enough times. We still could be a few weeks off, no one is going to be able to get data out of the DTC as to the actual status of shares, that is where the actual "bottom line" information lies, as I understand it. We are close to causing some coverage, if there are short holdings and the 50 mil are in cert form. If I am off base, some one correct me. Robert
