Excellent. Perhaps we can use it as a template and distribute it to all Etrade customers. Wouldn't that be wonderful, to get hold of a bulk email list for all Etrade customers?

What really ends up getting me is the certainty that there will be no acknowledgement on the part of Etrade that anything was down today. No general apology on the home page, no email thanking me for my patience. After all, they handled the crash so superbly - did you read that article where they claimed to flawlessy excecute each trade on the day of the crash? Boy did that have me steamed.

DD if you set up things I think a lot of us will follow you. Its just that I cant find anything I can do to them and I dont even try to call tech support or email them since either I get no reply or I get treated like a moron or get a moronic reply. This goes way beyond imcompetence. And keep tabs on your account cause you might find its not accurate either..
