All the screaming name-callers and ranting table-pounders on cable "news" contribute to the corruption of the debate. But that's what a tiny (and very profitable) slice of the electorate wants, so that's what they get.

Removing anyone from the airwaves would be grossly un-American, if that's what you are suggesting.

The nasty little secret is that 98-99% of Americans never see any of those guys or care less what they have to say.

When I read that post it was not attributable to anyone but the poster. If someone is going to quote another person I would hope that acknowledgement would be made. Otherwise it sounds as though the poster is purporting that thinking

I like Rachel Maddow myself. But not Rush. Anderson Cooper is not bad either
