No. It does mean that when each party has had control, it was a negative for us. The arrogance instead of leadership caused the republicans to not be successful, and we now see exactly the same from the democrats. It is better to have an opposing party in the mix since when power is consolidated, they do not benefit us.

I was surprised by how poorly the republicans did their turn. I am not at all surprised the the democrats are doing worse.
