That's quite a bold statement. Are you calling for an immediate resumption of the secular bear trend? Entering the session, I was only very bearish on the SemiConductors, Russell 2000, Gold and the Miners. I remain a long term bull on the dollar, an intermediate term bull on the S&P MidCap 400 (into early May) and to a much lesser extent, S&P 500. There's no question that the big money this year will be made on the short side. But I would not be entering aggressive short positions just yet.
