taking a good beating today with the dollar rebound. I covered my xlf short, freed up some cash and added more brkb. axu down sharply as it announces offering at $3.50. if i didnt own enough id be adding here as well to slw. January profits have now gone from spectacular to above average.

GOV. I agree that mgmt is not about to dilute earnings and certainly they will not cut the dividend.
No debt, nice tenants. A keeper if you can live with a 7% yield.
That said, I sold off my expensive shares at 23.40+. Keeping the rest.

Look at HRP's LT record - they are managed by the same company. Who is going to unsettle them?
