Yes, it appears CFTC is trying to fix derivatives - limit
commodities and dollar carry trade, leave credit derivatives,
stocks and interest rate swaps untouched. That should create
the money flow from the printing press into stocks, not these
other bubbles. They are just "fixing" commodities (energy)
and forex. -g-
