It sure smells like CFTC is trying to regulate markets
by gaming them.

They have a bunch of proposals out for limiting OTC trading
in commodities and now Forex. Nothing on Credit derivatives,
interest rates, or stock futures/options.

They want the dollar up, commodities down, stocks up, so the
Fed cash flows freely into stocks, creating another bubble

OMG! SSDD. A proper reform would start with OTC credit
derivatives that blew up, not energy and forex. The govt is telling
us - buy IBM and AAPL, not gold and oil. This might backfire,
the dollar stuff, just like the shorting ban was partially
responsible for October crash <G>
