Hawk, I've learned from experience that governments all over the world are essentially the same. What difference you see, are a matter of style and ability rather than substance. There is no "BIG DIFFERENCE" between them, no matter where you are. This kind of reminds me Rumsfeld's quote, "you go to war with the army you have, not the army you might want or wish to have." Yet the same people complain about their enemies using themselves as a bomb delivery mechanism. I'm pretty sure if those people had tomahawk missiles, F22, and aircraft carriers, they'd use those rather than their children...but we don't like it when they go to war with what they have, rather than what they wish they had...same goes for government controls of the population. ST
