Bogging your opponent down in proving every assertion, every premise, no mater how much it is generally known to be true, can be a good way to keep your opponent from actually developing an argument to the conclusion. Wow. That is rich coming from this thread that routinely requests the same of me. So let me get this straight, you would like to make bold assertions and provide absolutely no proof and you expect me to take it on faith. However, you want me to provide you proof of every assertion I make. What fantasy world do you live in?
