(Just trying to get you to be accurate when you make one of those over-broad and vague statements without any attribution. Impossible to have any kind of discussion - apart from the 'your Momma wears army boots kind - until and unless we get the facts clear first....) Now we know it was "1994" and discussed federal taxation and levels that applied to the "average" family. (Not the marginal rates from the 'fifties which were, obviously, much higher.) All important distinctions.
