Yup! And double yup!

Give me a common sense working mother, experienced Executive, and align her with outstanding advisers and I would take that combination over the ideologues Obama/Pelosi/Reid/Biden any day.

Agreed. Totally. I just haven't seen the common sense working mother, experienced Executive that I can stand behind yet. Sarah doesn't do it for me at all - and I feel no compunction to support her simply because she's a female. (Nor does she lose any points for that either.)

What I do want is everything in your list PLUS the ability to be sharp on her feet - without having to consult with her outstanding advisors before being so. I think she can fill a lot of influential and important roles - but I'd be holding my nose if I voted for her for President.

I think Obama/Pelosi/Reid/Biden are all unqualified for the office as well. But it doesn't mean I've lowered the bar for what I'd like to see in the future. It's a serious job. I want the best of the best. I figure it's like porn .. I'll know it when I see it. And I haven't seen it yet. Sorry Sarah.
