Cyber world requires rules ? - Not really, and not many.

The internet has worked very well with minimal rules, and tort law.

For the US and other advanced countries, of course.

I see no reason that advanced countries (including HK) should adopt any rules for the Zimbawes, Irans, and Saudi Arabias of the world.

TEOTWAWKI, is not an event. Is a process. There is not going to be a Day One of the new system. I am saying that the system dies out, is not be considred dead. And Voilá! A new system is born and will replace.

Obviously the ons who profit from the old system love it so much that keeps it on the tubes hooked to breathing apparatus. They know what happens when the system dies out.

OK. You are going to say that there will be a Dark Interregnum. There won't.

The Collapse happens once the ones in charge of the remnants of the old system can no longer hide from the masses the cracks in the old system.

It needs not to crumble. It can still be standing there but get out of the way. It is going to crash.
It is a this point that the collapse is already a fait accompli even though it has not yet hit the dirty.

This 2001-2009. Eight years contemplating the dead man walking.

When a system dies out the members try as much as possible keep it alive. Mao´s China, Tito's Yugoslavia or Suharto´s Indonesia, Military Junta´s Argentina... It is plain to see it won't survive in that form, but the pretense continues.
