*AV*--You have spoken on many occasions on CREE and I have to agree with you. While it did not make the list recently published, it is on radar for me. I am tempted to replace MTSN with CREE (it is that close) but opted for MTSN because of volatility. I will be giving it more serious thoughts tonight and might just make the switch. CREE was a good call on your part, given its great 10%+ move today. This is right up our favorite college student's alley<GGG>.

Keep in mind, the $25K and $54K porfolios are new strategies representing income (weekly operating expenses) producing assets and also a free preview of what I might be doing on a larger scale with a LLP I am working on. Nothing like testing out the hypothesis on a small scale. I hope you noticed that the porfolio is close to a 2:1 ratio of long to options. This is a very agressive approach to investing but maximizes potential profits real fast. The $54K (I added the AMAT) portfolio has a 6 month 100% return desire. I will be reporting back on this portfolio as we progress over time.

However, I will also remind everyone of the ill-timed post progress also so we can follow its progress out of the hole. We will use it as is and not include any of my "patented" buying on the "falling knife" averaged down acquisitions.

As a group, I would like input on the 3 portfolios such that opinions are shared by all and a wider based discussion takes place. We have a great many "good minds and talents" in our community and all voices need to be heard. Afterall, if I were truly "real smart", I wouldn't have dumped RAIN when I did (GREAT RUN UP SCOTT) and I would have dumped FTEL at 10 (I DIDN"T FOLLOW MY OWN ADVICE TO CC ON THIS).

I am motivated (out of work, unemployed, suffering, feeling useless ( anyone feeling sorry for me yet?) and would like to use the collective talents of everyone to further the cause of the American Dream. (Oh Yeah Patrick, what is the American Dream again??) My buddy seems to think it is eating and drinking until you get tired and then sleeping until you get hungry again. As for me, having Bill Gates employed as my Pool-boy would suffice.

BTW-where is PSTA BOI these days?, has Scott slipped into a coma??, and who shot Jeff? And finally, how come no stories about your new arrival?? No teeth, no hair, no sleep, no sanity, no s*x, Enquiring minds want to know.

BTW2-Katz's Deli in Downtown Austin never closes. It wasn't that bad relative to Colorado's offerings. Have a Pastrami on Rye for me. Especially when you are walking the floors with your son. The drive to the deli should put him to sleep.<GGG>

Andrew

For today, less commissions, ATMID was the stock winner with 10% and the ASYT option did clear at 6.75 (WOW) for over 25%. I wish I had 100 of them, but alas, it was just a measley few (only 10 contracts traded today). I am a couple of hundred dollars away from making the weekly goal if the other stocks hold up. Big if.

BTW-I just read a news release after the close of the market where Micheal Murphy stated it was a great time to buy beat up techs now. However, it looks as if his original comments were made yesterday at some seminar. That makes me a late comer but at least earlier than the news story release. I wonder if he was paying attention to me<GGG>.
