I read this thread every day. My vote would be for 2 or 3 warnings and then a Ban.

Mostly read and seldom post but appreciate the thread and would hate to see it diminished. To prevent that, sometimes one needs to take control and steer the course intended. It's my understanding the moderator can ban anyone he or she sees fit. They probably can also reverse it so maybe a warning then a ban for a week, then next time permanent.
