Definitely tell them it was lost in the mail and they won't do anything but replace it. In the first few years of Netflix I had two or three disks disappear either coming or going and nothing happened. I haven't had a problem in years.

Algorithm seems to be the word of the day. Like on the old PeeWee show. Algorithm, ahhh.
