I don't know, Scott. What we do with FEMA here needs to be upgraded, and what we can do in other places even more so. It will take a very good manager, and the things at hand to call on and put in place. it seems, i think, the doctors and nurses are at the ready, but can we with a manager set them in place with what they need? yes, we can... but will we? it is frustrating when the personal are ready and willing, when the food is available... and the delivery is not working.
