The fact the Reps haven't jumped on the earmarks and worked out a pledge to the American People that echoes Brown's message is just proof that they are mentally impaired.

Go after Congress. Nobody likes them anyway. In either party. They dislike the generic Pol, even if they like their local one.

So pull a "Truman" and go after "that no good Congress." Don't even bring up Obama. You don't need to. You aren't going to run him out of office this year. But you can get rid of a lot of Dems.

Every politician deep down loves ear marks. Ear marks are one of the items that wrecked the R brand and are doing the same to the Ds. Hence the Tea Party movement.
