Yeah....my past health history is a mess...Don't usually get colds or common things. And in fact, not often sick from flu or that type of thing. But have had some really off the wall things...like getting mumps as an adult, getting mumps meningitis-encephalitis both...(sp???) Landed in the hospital for 10 days with that combo...they thought I would die from that ...105.5 temps, etc....alcohol and icecube baths...but fooled them. Told them I'm to onery to die...(Glad they didn't tell me they thought I wouldn't make it before I got well...don't want to hear that I can't do something...) My poor husband has had to put up with a lot from some of the things that happened my way... Had had lots of kidney problems that were unknown to me until about 2 months before we were married.....He told my Dad about 2 years later...."Well, FIL, you got rid of her just in time".... It was their standard greeting joke for many years...LOL!
