I think Major Jordan should have said: "We're handing out rations to people in need because we're here and AID ain't. And if they don't like it, they can get somebody else to keep the looters off their backs."

And I think his superiors should back him up on it.

When Saddam attacked the Kurds after the 91 war they ended up at the Turkey border. We sent in some SF troops to help them and the NGO's at the border went ballistic.

These NGO aid groups are 99% Liberal, with the typical "America is evil" attitude.
