We're going in circles again... yes, both are acceptable to all courts, but that's NOT my point... they are two very different documents, how difficult is it to understand such a simple concept? One is actually issued at birth, the other merely verifies that you were born... we already knew obumble was born, unless he was hatched, but that does not address the question of where and the ONLY certificate that does that is the birth certificate, and not the certificate of birth... goodness, man, get with it...

they are legal and completely acceptable to every court, and every level of government from local to federal, in the land.

In Court, they are prima facie evidence...but not irrebuttable.
