I wanted BOTH wars ended within one year and Obama did not deliver...but the Military Industrial Complex is ultra powerful and they get their way no matter what party is in the White House...we see one record Defense Budget after another -- such a shame.

IMO, most did not have any idea what they were going to get when they voted for him. My biggest issue with him is his lack of and continued lack of leadership skills and experience. Most of his US Senate career was spent on the campaign trail, and in IL Senate most of his votes were "present" not Yes or No. IMO, you can't be a wimp and try and apply diplomacy, you must have something to back up the threat for others to follow through. If there are no consequences there will be no action. JMO
