Well whatever kind of health care they have in the UK; The fact remains that the people there have a very poor level of dental health as compared to the people of the USA.

I thought that it was up to the government to "provide" for the health of all the people, including all necessary preventative care procedures. Certainly the system that we have in this country results in us having much better dental health that they do in the UK.
