it's quite clear you have absolutely no idea how legislation is written I know what goes on behind those locked doors, and it's the reason everything the Federal Government touches turns to crap.

Brian's post was over John's head. Obviously a legally worded bill can't be written in just three pages. Calling it a three page bill was simple hyperbole to make the point that the existing bill is needlessly complex and full of items that don't address the problem. At least that's the way everyone here understood it.
