Another case where hiring random Americans out of the phone book would get a better bunch than we have.

The original info was that the US led with the civilian agencies. I knew this was a mistake from the start. They don't have the competence to handle something like this.

The Military is just providing the logistics.

If we had wanted to do it right, we would have put Wal Mart in charge. They do the best logistics job in the world.
