Many tea party leaders are neo-con warmongers. "Populists" indeed.

May I Pour You Some Neocon Tea?

?????While there are many great people in the Tea Party rank and file, the leadership seems to be entirely militarist. Here, for example, are the only media they are allowing to cover their national convention: Fox News, Breitbart, Townhall, the Wall Street Journal, and World Net Daily. (Thanks to Rachel)

UPDATE: Despite (or because of) a $550 ticket price, the Tea Party national convention fails to repay a $50,000 loan, which was used as a downpayment on Sarah Palin’s $100,000 speaking fee.
