if not for the speed bumps, how would the market shake loose spare change from most of its passengers so that the remaining participants can partake in the resultant largess?

while it is a honorable duty to warn all of dangers, but also good duty to pick up spare change when and as they fall to the floor, so that nothing goes to waste
