A respected SI poster sent me an hour-long video in which several financial guru's addressed how they would invest $100M over the term of the next 12 months. I'm afraid their dissertations were over my head... Except it reminded me.... !

Invest C$100M over the term of 12 months.... that's what Yunnan Chihong has indicated it is willing to do in the hope (or expectation) that this year's feasibility study of the Selwyn project will have a successful conclusion. I wonder if Yunnan Chihong knows anything about fledgling zinc prospects.... knows more than whatever bearish forces are driving the market cap ever lower. LOL

Their C$100M will give them a 50% interest in the project (if completed). The FD market cap of SWN which will retain the other 50% is only ~$64M at current market prices. The ball-park annual production that the feasibility study will consider is 490,000 tonnes of Zn and 130,000 tonnes Pb in concentrate. Is this what penny mining specs are about ?

<before 1972 in this country> Yeah, no capital gains tax before then, although there was tax on those who were engaged in the business of trading, but hey we're all just earning windfall gains, no <grin> :o)
