>>> Surely you can't believe that they would be that stupid to risk a lawsuit. <<

Why shouldn't I ? After closely following the company for almost a year I can't say that the company's decisions (or lack of) have exactly impressed me...

>>> CNTR dropped Infospinner and dictated the terms; we will ease out on our own time <<<

You know, for some strange reason your comments remind me of the time when one of my classmates could no longer afford his car payments. So one day he called the auto dealer to let them know that he was going to stop making monthly payments, but added that he really needed the car to get to school and work, so therefore he was going to send them a letter specifying the terms under which he would eventually be able to pay off the contract. The way he figured it the auto dealer needed his business more than he needed them and would agree to his terms.

Do you know what happened to him ? He awoke one morning a few days later and his car was gone from the driveway. And no, it was not stolen !

I dunno why I'm telling all this, something you said must have triggered the memory...

If the agreement has been terminated then it's probably that Infospinner is the one backing out now. CNTR has spent a lot of money on advertising, sales calls, .... Infospinner I think basically got a free ride. I don't know the details but as usual it's just my speculation. Maybe all this hoopla can be called 'Revenge of Umang Gupta'.

Folks, if there's anything important,..announcements.. that could affect the share price could y'all please be kind souls (if it's not an effort) and send an e-mail to me at shivramh@hotmail.com as I'll be out of the country for a month.
Thanks, in advance
Shivram.
