Anybody that can garner, say 10% of the vote, on their own w/expenditures up to say 50K in a month before the primary in September.. Then, top 4-5 vote getters or even 10 if all got 10% got a couple of months to campaign before the general..

Or go to a jury type system which I have explained before..

I WANT A TRUE CITIZEN'S GOVERNMENT WITH TERM LIMITS..
