Myron, Peg, I am still not sure what our strategy is.
Why are we tracking 99 RS? Are we looking for quick profit
by riding these stocks for a short time and selling? Are
we looking for long term if a stock is very strong? Are we
using 56 TA (and by the way what is it!?)? If I don't know
your strategy then I am liable to say the wrong thing and
ask the wrong question. I am very familiar with Mr. O'neil
strategy and I have been using it. I have read three books
on how to use IBD and its data. None of that would be of much
help if I don't know what our strategy is.

Myron: RLLY: I understand from a post on the 56 Chart Thread that RLLY might have what it takes to be a 99 RS Stock. If this is true, could you further explain? What does RLLY need to become a 99'er?
Etc...

Thanks
