We do to. We funnel money to the military in so many way, that chart doesn't even begin to capture it. If the truth were to be told and China and the US both disclosed EVERYTHING that goes to the military, all of the dollars would go up, but we'd still have a 50% proportion of the world's spending on the military.

It's shear stupidity.
