Could someone please explain to me whether v.drz is a good buy now or is it better to wait till Nov. 7. What are the pros and cons of this news release. Any info will be appreciated.

("DRZ")] NOTICE TYPE: Correction, Plan of Arrangement, Name Change NOTICE DATE: November 5, 1997 Further to the VSE Notice dated November 3, 1997, the last sentence in the first paragraph of the Notice should have read: Each shareholder of Donner Minerals Ltd. (`Donner') shall receive as to close of business on November 12, 1997 (the `Record Date'), and also the sentence that read From November 7 to 11, 1997 should have read: November 7 to 12, 1997 inclusive, the shares of the Donner shall trade on an "ex-distribution" basis.
