This doctor is entirely too logical. No way that Obama's congress can ever agree to something as simple and as wise as proposed.

Here you have a guy, in the career field, making very good suggestions that will be resisted and perhaps even ignored.

The "not invented here" syndrome seems to control beltway think.

Hopefully, a fresh and forward thinking republican back there will break an egg for us.
