You always talk control. I think O. just whacked everyone with Volcker. It sounds like some meaningful chit, and Ben just added to the fear. The proposal may indeed eliminate da house and make it serve the customers, which is what it should be doing instead of playing leveraged manipulation games (with 79% winning trades as with Goldman). A return of price discovery? Maybe that's just my dream. -g- If Volcker does not do it, the Realman will do it in a wicked fashion, later.
