Math ASND style:

Let Q1 = Q1 sales
Q2 = (0.1)Q1 + Q1 = 1.1(Q1)
Q3 = (0.1)Q2 + Q2 = (0.1)(1.1)(Q1) + 1.1(Q1) = 1.21(Q1)
Q4 = (0.1)Q3 + Q3 = (0.1)(1.21)(Q1) + 1.21(Q1) = 1.331(Q1)
Q5 = (0.1)Q4 + Q4 = (0.1)(1.331)(Q1) + 1.331(Q1) = 1.4641(Q1) <---year over year growth

As we can see from the above math, 10% q-over-q growth does indeed translate to 46.41% year over year sales growth.

I.E. $300 MM turns into $439.23 MM using 10% sequeuial boosts.
