Sun I read Hawk's thoughtful informative post and wondered what you might respond = an absurd comparison of Israel with Nazis and apartheid South Africa. Apart from the vicious nature of the comparison, it's stupid. Yes, there can be subtle "we are the chosen people" theoretical arguments about Zionism and Aryan supremacy but those are common to most people around the world, which is why they shriek at footie games. The main notable difference about Germany was their desire to exterminate a whole race. Israel has nothing in comparison to that. The comparison is odious. Mqurice

There have been a lot of hateful things said by ALL SIDES in this struggle. When I see the Arabs do as good a job of recording them as the Jews and other Media Researchers do, the maybe I'll believe them. But, thus far, I see a lot of alleged quotes which don't seem to get backed up with confirmatory evidence. But these??!! They are primarily a secular society, yet they protect the ability of all faiths to worship in peace. I can't relate to what the Palestinian Arabs have to offer, especially now that they have elected Hamas to govern them.
