For me, the market never closes. It just has a 'time out' at 4 PM and continues again at 9:30 AM. Therefore, I'll enter the same trades at 3:58 PM, as I would at 10:15 AM. Similarly, my exits are unaffected by time of day. Whatever positions I happen to have at 4 PM are held overnight, and trading resumes normally at 9:30 AM on the next open.
