At an affair she was serving at, Volker was there. She made a point of announcing how she was forced to moonlight and gave him the evil eye. He went on placidly smoking his cigar.

LOL!!

My real problem with Volcker is that I think he lost a lot of credibility in how poorly he "investigated" the Oil For Food scandal. It was more like a cover-up than an investigation.
